Subject: [PATCH] Colin Watson reports a strange problem whereby krb5-config
 incorporates the environment variable CFLAGS into its output. Avoid exporting
 our version of it from the Makefile (which actually causes build failures,
 since quoting phase issues mean that the backticks in our version end up
 unexpanded).
